An offer can change if
- The screen or body is cracked or damaged when it was described as intact.
- There is a fault that was not disclosed: a bad button, camera, port, or battery, or it will not power on.
- The phone is locked to a carrier when it was listed as unlocked.
- The IMEI is not clean: still linked to an account, not fully paid off, or reported lost or stolen.
An offer will not change for
- Normal wear you already told us about. Grade honestly and the quote stands.
- A "condition adjustment" with no reason. We never lower an offer without telling you why.
- Anything found after the fact without your say-so. You always approve first.
- A device that is actually better than described. That moves the offer up, not down.

- Light wear. Minor scratches you'd expect from normal use. Screen intact.
- Fair
- Visible scratches/scuffs or dents, but screen works and is not cracked.
- Cracked / Damaged
- Cracked screen or back glass, or other significant damage.
